
Ark Invest added $18 million worth of crypto-adjacent stocks to its holdings on Thursday, including the purchase of $2 million of shares in cryptocurrency exchange Bullish (BLSH).
The St. Petersburg, Florida-based company also purchased $12 million worth of crypto-friendly trading platform Robinhood (HOOD) and $4 million worth of ether. Treasury firm BitMine Immersion Technologies (BMNR), according to an email disclosure on Friday.
Ark’s investment in Bullish, CoinDesk’s parent company, extends 10 days of consecutive equity purchases at the crypto exchange. Bullish shares fell 0.53% to $31.71 on Thursday.
BLSH shares are trading either side of $30 over the past week, up from a low of around $24 on Feb. 5. However, they are down more than 16% year-over-year.
HOOD shares fell 8.9% to close at $71.12 on Thursday, as US tech stocks fell and Bitcoin suffered losses. With them.
Bitcoin rose 1.39% to $19.74, defying the broader market.
